Why was my photo rejected for file size?
Most tools can't hit the 240 KB cap. Set the file-size limit in the export dialog and the app compresses to fit while keeping 600×600 px.
Can I use the same photo for the interview?
Bring a printed 2×2 in copy as backup — the print sheet feature handles that.
